The Sales Operation Manager contributes to thesuccess of the PepsiCo Beverages Canada by providing overall leadership and execution of a Selling and Distribution strategy for a regional PBC distribution center.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership to management and front-line employees with varying job responsibilities including logistics, distribution, and customer service
- Mobilize the organization by aligning the team around strategy based on company goals and objectives
- Demonstrate personal accountability by building ownership for key initiatives
- Maintain high levels of execution through efficient route sales and delivery, customer orders/productivity attainment, analysis and effective staffing
- Develop the organization by managing performance and developing individual capability
- Set Sales and Distribution priorities by using functional knowledge and business information
- Make critical decisions to achieve positive results with customers and employees
- Communicate business results and execute national and local initiatives as a contributing unit of a local PepsiCo Beverages Canada Market Unit
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- A minimum of 5 yearsof previous Sales and Delivery experience
- Bachelors Degree is an asset
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability towork flexible work schedules including early morning and some weekends
