This role is focused on stabilizing and managing ongoing HR Operations for Canada Foods and Beverages Businesses.
PepsiCo is undergoing a Global HR Transformation and is migrating to make HR an even stronger business partner while putting in place the right technology and processes to operate efficiently and effectively. Included in this model are self-service applications along with an SAP core HR platform and back office shared service support.
· Partner with stakeholders and vendors to manage key projects from initiation to completion
· Ensure smooth ongoing operations with high level of customer focus managing escalations and putting in place improvements to prevent issues going forward
· Continue to stabilize SAP HCM and its integration with various service providers putting in place interim mitigations along with longer term improvements
· Provide clear metrics and data to provide accurate assessment of operational performance on a period basis
· Establish priorities for defect resolution and enhancements
· Ensure appropriate User Acceptance Testing on all system changes. Plan and manage testing activities.
· Ensure shared service operations service levels are met on a period basis and work with vendor to review and improve operations.
· Partner with US teams to balance priorities and workloads across entire team
· Ensure Canada data integrity and alignment with standard processes
- Knowledge of HR processes is required.
- Experience performing large scale system implementation projects in core HR systems.
- Extensive experience performing system requirements definition, design, development, configuration, and testing support required.
- Ability to lead testing efforts and define metrics and put rigor around test planning and reporting.
- Strong data analysis capabilities and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Experience with using SAP
- Ability to build strong working relationships within the organization and with 3rd party implementation partners. Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and embrace new toolsets. Must be able to independently seek out information and learn quickly in a complex environment.
- Sense of urgency. Ability to identify solutions along with problems.
- Effective problem solving skills, high degree of initiative and creativity with a quality focus and strong attention to detail without day-to-day supervision.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment is necessary for success.
