This position is required to analyze & report across all traffic KPMs through close communication with field traffic centers, third party carriers & multiple internal divisions people., most notably Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing & PepsiCo Procurement team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring annual Bid Process data's gathering and execution of all PepsiCo Food Canada Network lanes. This role is also the key point person for all communication and relations with common carriers.
The role will also be required to analyze & identify opportunities to drive productivity through assessing lane rate and potential synergy between BU. As transportation expert, can also been request to lead specific Network project.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve division's key performance measures including: Cost, Quality, Service and Safety.
- Lead Annual lane Bid process.
- Lead selected productivity plans for the Traffic operation group in Canada.
- Lead specific Network project as required.
- Lead synergy initiatives across all PepsiCo BU.

Requirements:
- University graduate in Logistics, Science or Engineering preferred.
- Previous experience in a food distribution / manufacturing environment preferred.
- A complete supply chain understanding from Purchasing to Sales preferred.
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, counseling and general coaching skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and add value to the business.
- Exceptional employee relations skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
