This is a one year contract.

Position:

The Bilingual Senior Benefits Associate contributes to PepsiCo Canada by providing exceptional customer service to human resources and employees and administering health and welfare benefits and national programs and policies.

Reporting to the Sr. Pension & Benefits Manager, the Benefits Senior Associate will provide HR support to all PepsiCo employees in various locations throughout Canada. The position is based in Mississauga at the Business Unit Satellite Drive location.

Key Responsibilities include:

Flex Benefits/National Policies and Program Management



  • Human Resources and employee inquiries for all Total Rewards programs

  • Escalation of issues with vendors

  • Flex/Non flex benefits administration

  • Pension, Stock, Group RRSP and Capital Accumulation plans administration

  • Policy and program analysis and implementation

  • Policy and program administration

  • Execution support for PepsiCo's Healthy Living program

  • Execution of Health Fair and National Flu Shot campaign

  • Management of Service Award program

  • Communication and budget management of Educational Assistance program

  • Annual campaign for Goodlife Corporate Membership program

  • Key employer contact for Employee Assistance program

  • Manage updates to employee and HR portal

  • New hire orientations






  • Bilingual French required

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Human Resources

  • Two years experience in Human Resources required

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decisions

  • Well organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines

  • Effective communication, presentation and written skills

  • CHRP Designation preferred.

  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite
