Job Summary:

This exciting role is responsible for leading the marketing activities for one of Canada's strongest and most exciting brands.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales Strategy, Foodservicethis position is accountable to champion the growth and profitability of the FoodserviceBeverages portfolio.
A change leader and influencer, this role will build a strategic vision, set the agenda and insure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.
As a motivator and coach, the Marketing Manager will lead one direct report in the development and execution of brand plans.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the development of both short-term and long-term strategic direction of the portfolio
- Influences total business strategy acting as the consumer champion in strategic planning and Annual Operating Processes
- Own and lead the marketing planning process for the portfolio insuring the delivery of superior consumer marketing activity
- Effectively lead and deliver strong execution against brand plans to meet key business targets (gross sales, NDPC, equity spend)
- Work proactively with key business partners to identify key variances affecting brand and business performance and recommend/execute actionable solutions
- Manage, motivate, coach and develop the Drinks marketing team.

Minimum
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years experience in consumer packaged goods marketing
- 2+ years demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing others
- Demonstrated ability to win through superior consumer marketing Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
- Proven ability to leader agency relationships to achieve gold standard results
- Business savvy and an opportunity seeker
- Beverage category experience preferred
- Experience working in a warehouse distribution business system preferred
- Sales experience is considered an asset
