PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening in the Supply Chain department for a Product Demand and Supply Manager.
· This role is responsible for forecasting, capacity modeling, planning supply and inventory management to effectively meet sales, PA and DOH targets while minimizing obsolescence. The role will effectively manage finished product in commercialization and de-commercialization of both retail and Special Pack products.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecast management through consensus process. Measurement is Forecast Accuracy
· Supply Plan to meet AOP run strategies, PA and DOH
· Manage positive health of BP team
· Developing Master Production Schedule
· Economic analysis of SKU run strategies and minimum run quantities
· Run rate analysis and attainment and adherence compliance
· Management of obsolescence
· Managing supply from both internal and 3rd parties
· Effectively managing industrial sales, export/US, BB, co packers and related commercialization or de-commercialization process
· Development of AOP, IGP and capacity plans.
· Key link to US supply & commercialization and de-commercialization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Business) or equivalent experience
- Production, supply chain, commercialization and/or procurement
- Co-Packer management
- Managing a cost center or budget
- People leadership
Essential Skills
· Knowledge of netted and dependent demand signals
· Project management and strong understanding of commercialization and de-commercialization process.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across all internal and external contacts.
· Strong strategic and analytical skills
