PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening in the Marketing department for a Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver volume & profit commitments on assigned desk
- Lead the strategic planning and execution for portfolio within the context of our total corporate strategic plan
- Liaise with Field Sales & Key Account teams to leverage DSD capability and optimize programs
- Leverage Global consumer strategies/programs to drive efficiencies across markets globally
- Independently lead development of marketing plans ensuring activities are on time and on budget
- Drive strong agency relationships
- Independently lead cross functional teams to ensure best in class execution of innovation and initiatives at retail
- Lead all consumer communication ensuring strong collaboration cross functionally & with our field.
- Positively influence organization to drive focus and momentum behind portfolio
- Monitor portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and or new opportunities
- Effectively manage A&M budget
- Build team capability and challenge processes for efficiency & effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate/graduate business or marketing degree
- 4-5 years marketing experience
- Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise in the Marketing function
- Track record of delivering strong growth results
- Solid strategic and execution skills
- Strong project & time management skills
- Exceptional collaboration skills
