PepsiCo Foods Canada has an opening in the Customer Development team for a - Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will negotiate and lead PFC (PepsiCo Foods Canada) field execution of annual customer merchandising plan to achieve PFC volume, profit and share targets with assigned customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and/or lead execution of annual customer plan to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets with specific clients

- Enable execution of customer plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada's teams via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication.

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers

- Leverage category and shoppers' insights data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications:

- University degree, preferably in business discipline

- 2 - 4 years managing accounts as a Territory/ Key Account Manager. Warehouse experience is strongly preferred.

- Ability to aid in the development of, and execute strategic, fact based annual business plans and develops creative solutions to challenges.

- Strong problem-solving skills, able to see connections in data and trends

- Ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects/priorities.

- A self-starting individual who has a demonstrated track record of success and sound decision-making.

- Highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

- Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.

- Strong executional skills, translates strategies into plans

- Well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
