Job Responsibilities
· Develop annual customer plan to achieve annual volume, profit and share targets with specific clients
· Enable execution of customer plans by PepsiCo Foods Canada's Area selling teams via regular, effective, impactful and timely communication.
· Leverage category and shoppers' insights data to develop high performing sales and merchandising initiatives.
Required Qualifications
· University degree, preferably in business discipline
· 3 -7 years managing large national accounts as an Account Manager and / or 3 - 5 years DSD/Warehouse front line management experience
· Ability to develop and execute strategic, fact based annual business plans and develop creative solutions to challenges.
· Strongproblem-solving skills, able to see connections in data and trends
· Ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects/priorities.
· A self-starting individual who has a demonstrated track record of success and sound decision- making.
· Highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
· Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills.
· Strong executional skills, translates strategies into plans
· Well-developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Strong communication and influence management skills.
