This position will participate in the development of consumer focused strategies and marketing plans and will lead the execution of annual marketing plans to achieve both short and long term financial and strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
· Lead with the support of the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive annual marketing plans
· Lead monthly business scorecarding analyzing the category; outlining key drivers of the business, competitive threats & internal overlaps we need to address.to ensure we stay on track to deliver our share and brand targets.
· Lead with the support of marketing manager quality execution of marketing plans/activities on time and on budget
· Coordinate the activity of internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of activities and timely implementation of marketing programs
· Identify key consumer insights to recommend and drive new opportunities
· Identify and present new project, line extension or product development opportunities and execute as necessary
Qualifications/Skills:
· Undergraduate/graduate business or marketing degree
· Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise in the Marketing function
